Welcome to the blog

No, not the bog! But did you know that the oldest bog body is called the Koelbjerg Man, a skeletalized body recovered from a peat bog in Denmark? This bog body is dated to the Neolithic (Maglemosian) period about 8,000 BCE.

We all need one, right? A blog that is, not a bog body. Then again, who needs beach bodies when you've got blogs and bog bodies?

Here's where you'll find my musings, my tips, my rants, my manifesto, my updates, and my fun stuff. If you have a problem, you just may find your answer here. There's something for everyone, unless you're hoping there will be recipes-there will be no recipes.
